慢性消耗病(まんせいしょうもうびょう、英: chronic wasting disease; CWD)とはシカのプリオン病。ミュールジカ、シカ、オオジカにおいて発生する。通常は 3-5 歳齢で発生し、多くは発症後数日以内に誤嚥性肺炎により死亡する。診断は病理組織学的検査および異常プリオンタンパク質の検出により行う。治療法はない。
