概念
- 表皮角質が限局して増殖、肥厚したもの。
- 皮膚に長時間、持続性に圧迫、摩擦が加わると同部に生じる限局性の角質肥厚である。
- 鶏眼とちがって角層の核をもたず、角層が一様に飛行しているので、圧迫時の疼痛はない。
治療
- 症状が無ければ経過観察。
- 症状があれば、カミソリでの切除やスピール膏の外用を行う。
