子宮膣留血腫を呈した処女膜閉鎖症の1例を経験したので報告する. 患者は, 21歳, 女性. 主訴は, 2, 3ヵ月に1回の周期での下腹部痛. 先天性奇形症候群の診断にて小児科にて観察されていたが, 18歳頃から下腹部痛を認め受診, 膨隆し閉鎖した処女膜と, 子宮膣留血腫を認めたため, 処女膜輪状切開を施行した. 泌尿生殖器に他の合併奇形はみられなかった. 術後は癒着による再閉鎖もみられず経過は良好 …
