低体温と水頭症を呈した結核性髄膜炎の1例

症例は61歳,女性.頭痛,発熱,意識障害で発症した.髄液所見でリンパ球優位の細胞数の増加を認め,培養で結核菌が同定された.頭部CTでは水頭症を, MRIでは脳底槽にGd増強効果を認めた.経過中,水頭症の進行とともに低体温を呈し,髄液ドレナージ術後,速やかに改善した.本例は結核性髄膜炎に水頭症を合併し,視床下部障害による低体温を呈した貴重な1例と思われ報告した.
