症例は62歳，男性．下痢，便潜血陽性精査目的での上・下部消化管内視鏡検査にてポリポーシスを認め，爪甲異常，皮膚色素沈着所見とあわせCronkhite-Canada症候群と診断した．大腸NBI拡大内視鏡観察を行い，腫瘍性の微小血管パターンに着目することで炎症性過形成性ポリポーシスに合併する腺腫の診断が可能であった．色素撒布を必要としないNBI拡大観察にて，効率の良い適切な内視鏡切除が可能であった．
