Iridocorneal endothelial or ICE syndrome is a spectrum of conditions of the eye, where the inner layer of the cornea appears abnormal. It includes Cogan-Reese syndrome, Chandler's syndrome, and progressive iris atrophy.

"Cogan-Reese syndrome" is named for David Glendenning Cogan and Algernon Reese.

• 非梅毒性角膜実質炎 + 耳鳴 + 感音難聴 + めまい (SOTO.192)
• HIM.2130 6行しか書いてない。

• interstitial keratitis + vestibuloauditory symptoms　が特徴で、全身性の血管炎を伴う。特に大動脈弁を巻き込んだ大動脈炎

• 治療：ステロイド
• 難聴が出現した後できるだけ早く治療を始めることが予後を決定する
