T細胞の中で最も多い
(CD4陽性T細胞)CD4 + T cellとも呼ばれる
Th17もあるらしい。IL-17を分泌しアレルギー反応、自己免疫疾患に関与する。

IL-3：活性化リンパ球などから産生される造血因子(骨髄系細胞の増殖因子)
IL-4：T細胞、肥満細胞により産生され、B細胞活性化、IgEスイッチ、Th2細胞への分化誘導などの機能を有する。
