Design: Case report.Setting: Department of Urology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University Hospital and Medical Faculty in Hradec Kralove, Charles University Prague.Conclusion: Uterovesical fistula is a rare and unusual complication of cesarean section. Uterovesical fistula is tough to diagnose because of unspecific symptoms. A multidisciplinary approach is necessary for its successful diagnosis and treatment. Keywords: fistula - operative delivery - secondary sterility - vulvovaginal discomfort.
