症例は79歳男性．肝細胞癌部分切除施行12年経過後に，口唇転移，肺転移が出現し，放射線治療，分子標的薬内服治療開始目的で入院．経過中に下血を認め大腸内視鏡検査施行.S状結腸に4mm大の凝血塊をともなう粘膜下腫瘍様病変を認めてEMRを施行し，肝細胞癌の大腸転移と診断．また上部消化管内視鏡検査にて5mm大の陥凹をともなう隆起性病変を認めて生検を施行し，肝細胞癌の胃粘膜転移と診断した.
