• 脂腺が主体の母斑。
• 表皮、付属器、結合組織の異常増殖による。
• 生まれつき存在
• 頭部、顔面に好発
• 病期は3つに分けられる。
• 加齢とともに皮脂腺の肥大と増殖が認められる
• 加齢とともに基底細胞癌など悪性腫瘍のリスクが高まる
• 思春期までの外科的切除が好ましい
