作用機序

• 小胞体にノルアドレナリンが取り込まれるのを阻害する→神経終末においてノルアドレナリンが枯渇する

薬理作用 (SPC.251)

• アドレナリン作動性ニューロンにおけるノルアドレナリンの貯蔵を減少させる。
• 徐々に血圧を低下させる
• 普通、チアジド系利尿薬と併用する
