- 今回われわれは,陳旧化した片側性顎関節脱臼に対し,関節隆起形成と上関節腔線維性癒着の剥離によって整復が可能となった1例を経験したので,その概要を報告する。患者は78歳,女性。1か月以上持続する閉口障害のため紹介にて来院した。右側顎関節前方脱臼を認め,非観血的整復を行うも整復不能であったため,全身麻酔下に顎関節観血的整復を行った。現在,脱臼の再発を認めておらず,良好な顎運動が得られている。
