- 卵巣、子宮内膜、子宮頚部、腟に発生する。
病理
- 充実性、管状嚢胞性、乳頭状の組織像を示す。
卵巣腫瘍
- 妊娠時の子宮内膜を模倣
- 卵巣腫瘍の25%を占める(漿液性腺癌45%に次いで多い)
- 子宮内膜症(チョコレート嚢胞)の1%の例で明細胞腺癌や類内膜腺癌が見られる。
- 進行速度は中間であり、リンパ節転移すること多く、化学療法抵抗性のために手術で根治できなければ予後不良である。
- CA724(ムチン母核糖鎖を認識)が上昇 (G9M.171)
- CA125が上昇しにくいらしい。
