作用機序

• チオテパは、エチレンイミン系のアルキル化剤であり、DNA合成を阻害すること等により、腫瘍増殖抑制作用を示すと考えられている。

禁忌

• 重症感染症を合併している患者

組成

                 1バイアル（2.5mL）中チオテパ 100mg

重大な副作用

• 感染症（21.1%）

妊婦

• 妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性には投与しないこと。動物実験で催奇形性（マウス:巨指・欠趾、小顎症、口蓋裂等、ラット:腎形成不全、無尾、減指等）、胎児死亡（マウス、ウサギ）が認められたとの報告がある。,

授乳婦

• 授乳しないことが望ましい。本剤のヒト乳汁中への移行については不明である。
