本邦では1995年以来第三次覚醒剤乱用期を迎えており, 覚醒剤使用が社会問題化している. 医療者が覚醒剤に関連する様々な病態を理解することの重要性は今後さらに増すものと思われる. 覚醒剤を使用中断していても, 飲酒や心理的ストレスが契機となりフラッシュバック現象が生じることがあるが, この現象について自験例を呈示するとともに若干の文献的考察を加えた.
