ケント束心電図偽性心室頻拍 pseudoventricular tachycardia, pseudo VT

  • ヒス束に加え、ケント束により心房と心室が連絡されるもの → WPW症候群


  • V1誘導で分類する。Kent束の局在を反映
  • 1. A型: 高いR波。左室自由壁
  • 2. B型: rS型。右側
  • 3. C型: Qr/QS。中隔



  • PQ短縮:PQ時間の正常値は 0.12-0.2sであるが、これより短くなる
  • QRSの延長:QRSは正常では0.06-0.15s。0.1s以下は正常、0.1s以上は異常と考えるらしい。



  • orthodromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia
  • antidromic atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia
  • 高頻度に興奮がケント束を介して心臓に達する。このため、心室細動のリスクが高まる。
