血管性母斑 vascular nevus naevus vasculosus、脈管性母斑

疫学

• 乳児の1%にみられる。

病理

• 血管内皮細胞の増殖

経過

• 生後まもなくより顔面や腕に鮮紅色を呈する隆起性腫瘤が出現し、3-6ヶ月まで拡大。学童期までに大部分が消退。

治療

以前は経過観察とされてきたが、瘢痕を残すためにレーザー治療が積極的になされている。
