- Terminal deoxynucleotidyl TransferaseはDNAの3′-末端OH基への連続するdNTPの付加反応を触媒し、それにともない無機リン酸を放出します。この反応によりユニークなDNA3'-エンドラベリングが行えます。重合反応は鋳型に依存しませんが、イニシエーターとしては1本鎖DNAが好適です。
