好発部位
徴候・身体所見
- 急激な疼痛で発症し、夜間痛がある(SOR.588)。
- 滑膜肥厚
- 関節液貯留
- 内反強制位で膝関節を屈曲させることで疼痛を誘発
検査
単純X線写真
- X線像では疼痛発作後1-2ヶ月は所見はない
- 大腿骨内側顆の荷重部関節面が局所的に扁平化。続いて関節軟骨直下に透亮像が認められる。
- 透亮像の周囲には卵円系または円形の比較的幅の広い骨硬化像が出現する。
- さらに伸展すると関節裂隙狭小化、骨棘形成などOAの変化を生じる。
