概念

• 脊椎分離症がもととなって脊椎すべり症をきたした病態
• L5椎に好発する。

病態

• 椎弓を背側に残したまま椎体が前方にすべるため、馬尾障害は生じないが、神経根症状は呈する。(SOR.485)

症状

• 片側ないし両側の下肢痛。神経根性跛行

• 椎弓を背側に残したまま椎体が前方にすべるため、馬尾障害は生じない
