- 近年ウイルス感染症の増加に関する報告が多い.流行性耳下腺炎はムンプスウイルスによるもので小児によくみられる全身性の疾患で,耳下腺が腫脹する.髄膜炎,膵炎,睾丸炎などを呈する.鑑別診断は反復性耳下腺炎,頚部リンパ節炎,化膿性耳下腺炎である.我々は青春期発症の化膿性耳下腺炎と成人発症の睾丸炎を合併した流行性耳下腺炎を報告した.男性不妊になる可能性もあるので,予防法の確立が望まれる.
