- 代謝性アシドーシスを伴う下痢症子牛に低張性乳酸加リンゲル液(LR:n=14)およびリンゲル液(RS:n=7)を静脈内投与し,治療効果を比較した.循環血漿量は投与前より47.1±25.5%(LR)および34.2±18.6%(RS)増加した.LR投与後24時間目の予備塩基濃度は5.1±4.8mM増加した.従って,下痢症子牛の脱水および代謝性アシドーシスの治療にLRの静脈内投与は有用であると思われた.
