• 欠席、血管性の痛みは突然起こるのが特徴
• 症状

• 胆石疝痛
• 一家席の胆石嵌頓による
• 胆道括約筋の痙攣性収縮
• 胆道内圧の上昇、胆管壁の過伸展

• 突然激しい痛み、数十分から数時間
• 関連痛→右季肋部、右肩、右背部へ放散
• 胆道内圧上昇→王と、冷や汗

胆嚢炎では感染による胆嚢内への滲出物の貯留

• 発熱は胆道感染症の合併を意味する
• 黄疸が認められれば通常胆管結石である

• Murphy徴候：陽性
