- (a) the fascial sheaths of
- the Obturator internus (Fascia of the Obturator internus)
- Piriformis (Fascia of the Piriformis)
- pelvic diaphragm (Diaphragmatic part of the pelvic fascia)
- (b) the fascia associated with the pelvic viscera.
