概念
- 網膜血管拡張のため滲出液が網膜外網状層、網膜下腔に貯留し、網膜剥離をきたす。この結果視力が低下する。浸出液により多数の硬質白斑が癒合した滲出斑が顕著に見られる。このため白色瞳孔となる。
- 幼児期に発症し、8歳頃に診断される。片眼性が多く、その他は健康である。
