症例は59歳女性．横行結腸に管腔の狭小化と縦走する潰瘍および敷石様病変を認めCrohn病疑いとして当科へ紹介された．生検で非乾酪性類上皮性肉芽腫を認めたが注腸造影検査にて回腸末端部から上行結腸にかけての直線化および上行結腸の短縮と横行結腸の狭小化を認め腸結核が疑われた．内視鏡再検時の生検組織より結核菌が証明され原発性腸結核と診断した．Crohn病との鑑別を要した腸結核の1例を経験したので報告する．
