Clysma or Klysma or Qulzum was a village situated around the northeast Egypt at the northern end of the Gulf of Suez and at the southern terminus of the Suez Canal. Renowned as a transit point for the roman trade route on land between the Mediterranean Sea (Pelousion) and the Red Sea, the Port city of Suez today traces back to this village that was existed around 3rd BC.
