概念

• 下大静脈の発生異常(下主静脈)により、尿管が下大静脈の後方を迂回して走行する奇形であり、特に右側に多い。尿管が下大静脈に圧迫されるため水腎症になりやすく、また尿路感染をきたしやすい。 (参考1 YN.E-76)
