症例は51歳女性．胸部レントゲンで両側胸水を指摘された．両側胸腔穿刺を行い両側乳糜胸と診断，精査にて明らかな原因を指摘できなかったため両側特発性乳糜胸と診断した．脂質制限・ドレナージにて軽快したが約3ヵ月で再燃したため胸管結紮術を施行した．術翌日夕より左胸腔ドレーンから乳糜様排液の増加を認め，術後3日目の左胸腔ドレーンからの排液は1日800 mlとなった．同日よりオクトレオチド投与・脂質制限を開始 …
