- 先天性胆道閉鎖症患児に認められた高γグロブリン血症性紫斑病の一例を報告した.本症の小児における報告は少なく, またCBAに合併した報告はこれまでに認められない.成人例において本症は, 肝硬変の続発症として発症することが報告されている.CBA患児の肝組織は成人型の肝硬変とはやや趣を異にすると考えられているが, 症例によっては本症例の如き経過をとるものもあると思われ, 注目すべき病態と考え報告した.
