「ザンボニ液」

英: Zamboni solution
同: Zamboni液、ザンボニ固定液 Zamboni固定液

組織固定に用いられる溶液。ブアン固定液を改良した物で、ホルマリに代えてパラホルムアルデヒド(PFA)を用いる。
組成：パラホルムアルデヒド 2g、飽和ピクリン酸水溶液 15ml、0.15M リン酸バッファー(pH 7.3) mess up to 100ml。
調製方法：パラホルムアルデヒドは60℃くらいに加熱し拡販しながら2.52% NaOHを滴下すると早く溶解する。完全にパラホルムアルデヒドが溶解後にリン酸バッファーでmess upする。
固定方法：標準的な固定条件は4℃6～12時間。固定後は水洗せず70％アルコールに浸す。
