- Resistance to β-lactams in A. baumannii is primarily mediated by β-lactamases (13). Overproduction of the intrinsic AmpC cephalosporinase is largely responsible for cephalosporin resistance (2, 3). Recent phylogenetic analysis found that the chromosomal AmpC genes in Acinetobacter spp. probably descended from a common ancestor (14).
- 染色体上にAmpC β-lactamaseをコードしているらしいですね。cefepime以上を選択したいですが、cepepimeもhydrolyzingするAmp β-lactamaseも有るらしいですね・・・
