適応

• 精巣癌、卵巣癌、頭頚部癌、膀胱癌、食道癌、肺癌、直腸癌

• 重篤な腎障害、骨髄抑制、聴力障害、消化器毒性
• 視覚障害、脳梗塞、うっ血性心不全、悪心嘔吐
