症例は27歳男性．生来糖原病Ia型と診断．15歳で肝腫瘤を指摘，18歳時に肝動脈塞栓術を受けた．以後腫瘍径が増大するため紹介された．肝S4S8に13 cmの腫瘍と両葉に小さな多発腫瘍を認め，S4S8腫瘍は増大傾向があり肝切除を施行し小腫瘍も切除生検した．病理組織学的に肝細胞腺腫（HCA）で，免疫染色でinflammatory HCAであった．糖原病Ia型に合併した多発HCAを経験したので報告する．
