両側性に生じた鼻唇嚢胞の1例

44歳の女性に生じた両側性鼻唇嚢胞の1例を報告する。鼻翼基部の腫脹を主訴に当科を受診した。両側上顎犬歯部口腔前庭に波動を伴う腫脹を認め，同部の穿刺吸引細胞診にて黄色の液体を吸引した。さらにCTで両側に2つの独立した嚢胞様病変を認めた。両側鼻唇嚢胞の臨床診断のもと，全身麻酔下に摘出した。嚢胞はそれぞれ独立して存在していた。病理組織学的検査で杯細胞を有する多列線毛円柱上皮で裏装された嚢胞壁を認めた。
