要旨：症例は62 歳女性．めまい，嘔気が急に出現し，頭部MRI の拡散強調画像，FLAIR 画像にて両側島皮質を主体に高信号域を認めた．血液検査ではD-dimer 高値を示し，髄液検査では明らかな異常は認めなかった．頭部・頸部MRA では狭窄病変はなく，脳血流シンチで同部の血流は低下していた．造影頭部MRI では，病変の一部に造影効果を認めた．経食道心臓超音波検査では卵円孔開存，右左シャントがあり …
