- 大量メトトレキサート(MTX)療法や抗がん剤の髄腔内投与は中枢神経系への悪影響を引き起こしうる.今回我々は化学療法が知能に及ぼす影響を検討した.急性リンパ性白血病の患児15例中8例で治療開始時に比べて約1年後の入院治療終了時に知能が上昇し,骨肉腫の患児7例では知能の低下は見られなかった.さらに長期の影響を観察する必要はあるが,少なくとも治療開始から約1年後では知能に及ぼす悪影響はなかった.
