　89歳，男性。2ヵ月前より左耳前部に生じた2 cm大の紅色結節を主訴に前医受診。生検し病理組織学的に淡明な泡沫状胞体の脂腺分化を示す腫瘍細胞が胞巣を形成し間質に浸潤・増殖していた。脂腺癌と診断され当科紹介受診。切除術を予定するも肺炎を合併したため延期した。5ヵ月後には5 cm大に増大し易出血性となったため入院の上，放射線治療を施行した。照射中およびその後5ヵ月間の経過中に腫瘍は徐々に縮小した。
