Hartmannella is a genus of Amoebozoa, including the following species:[3]
- Hartmannella abertawensis

- Hartmannella agricola

- Hartmannella cantabrigiensis

- Hartmannella crumpae

- Hartmannella hibernica

- Hartmannella hyalina
