Chloroflexi is a temporary taxon name for:
- Chloroflexi (phylum)
- Chloroflexi (class)
The taxon name was created in the 2001 edition of Volume 1 of Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology and is the Latin plural of the name Chloroflexus, the name of the type genus of the phylum, a common practice.[1]

- Influence of pH on the dominant microbial community structure in bioelectrochemical system (BES) for nitrate removal is poorly understood. Here, the dynamics and variations of microbial communities were investigated with pH varied from 6.0 to 9.0 in a novel three-dimensional BES (3D-BES). The maximu

H2S removal efficiency was high, and both COD and DO seemed to be important parameters to biomass activity. DGGE analysis retrieved

- Sewage sludge and manure are common soil amendments in crop production; however, their impact on the abundance and diversity of the antibiotic resistome in soil remains elusive. In this study, by using high-throughput sequencing and high-throughput quantitative PCR, the patterns of bacterial communi
