WPW症候群など副伝導路が存在する病態で見られるリエントリー性の頻拍である。
房室伝導路は順行、副伝導路は逆行する。
心電図上は、narrow QRSのregular tachycardiaが認められ、P波はQRSから遅れてみられ、II,III,aVFでは下向きP波(逆行性P波)が認められる。
心拍数は150-200/分 (ECGP.297)
心室期外収縮で頻拍が停止するらしい。
