特徴

- 1. 多分化能：複数系統の細胞に分化できる。
- 2. 自己複製能：細胞分裂を経ても多分化能を維持できる。
- 3. 分化を抑制する遺伝子の発現
- 4. テロメラーゼの発現
- 不死細胞ではない。哺乳類の造血幹細胞では、一生の間に行う分裂は80-200回とされている？
細胞分裂の特徴
- 分裂により2つの異なる細胞ができる：別の種類の細胞に分化したもの。同じ分化能を維持したもの。
