部分胞状奇胎
診断
- 超音波所見やhCGにより胞状奇胎が疑われたら診断は組織診断により確定される。組織診断は核型を決定するためのフローサイトメトリーでさらに正確なものとなる。(参考1) → 病理診断が確定診断となる。
