• フルオキセチン fluoxitine
• フルボキサミン fluvoxamine
• パロキセチン paroxetine

特徴

• TCAと違いcaridiotoxicityがない。また、ムスカリン受容体、ヒスタミン受容体、アドレナリン受容体、ドパミン受容体に結合しない。

適応

• うつ病・うつ状態、強迫性障害、社会不安障害 (フルボキサミン添付文書より)

副作用

• some degree of sexual dysfunction
• GI distress

sertraline：diarrhea

paroxetine：comstipation

• serotonin syndrome: rare but dangeraous elevation of 5HT： can occur when both an SSRI and a monoamine oxidase inhibitor are administered simultaneously.

• hyperthermia, muscle rigidity, myoclonus, and rapid fluctuations in mental status and vital signs.
