- Interpretation: Sinus tachycardia (ST), 105/min. PR.14, QRS.08, QT normal for the rate. Axis 0°. Abnormal due to ST and NSST-TCs.
- Comment: Rate-the RR is just under 3 large squares (300/3 = 100). Axis-the QRS is roughly isoelectric in aVF; 90° from aVF is 0°, and the QRS is positive in I. Morphology-the T waves are flat in lateral leads, and there is minimal ST depression.

- 洞性頻脈指摘するの忘れた。
- rate: V4,V5でRR間隔が30mmよりやや少ないかな。100以上なので頻脈
- P: IIで2mm。二峰性？IIIでも
- PR: IIIでは3mm、aVFで3mm → 0.12。正常は0.12～0.20
- QRS: V2で1.5mm → 0.06。 正常は2.5mm以下、0.10以下。Δ波が見えることない？きのせい？
- ST: IIで7mm → 0.28。 RR間隔は29mmなので、ST延長ではない
- T: IIで2mm
- rhythmは整
- shapeはaVFでQRSが二峰性になっているように見える。
- transition zoneはV3-V4の間。かなりV3寄り。V3は若干負に振れているから
- axisはaVLとIがpositive、aVFが正と負に等振幅、若干負に振れているから5°くらい？
