• 成人二次救命において、心原性で初期リズムがVFの成人院外心停止で心拍再開後の循環動態が安定している昏睡患者には、32-34℃の低体温療法を12-24時間行うことが望ましい。(救急蘇生法の指針 2005年 p.91)
