- 破裂脳動脈瘤症例の臨床的重症度分類。
分類
- 参考(1)
- Grade 0: 無症状
- Grade I : 頭痛。神経学的症状は伴わない。
- Grade II: 認知機能の低下(物忘れ±覚醒障害(傾眠))±脳神経症(cranial neuropathy)
- Grade III: 認知機能障害、覚醒障害、四肢の障害(筋力、筋緊張、感覚)
- Grade IV: 無意識。筋緊張や筋力の異常を伴う。
- Grade V: 無反応
- 現在の健康上問題があればグレードを一つあげる。例えば、肺、心臓、腎臓など
