ダンディー・ウォーカー症候群

• 図：SCN.282
• 後頭蓋窩の奇形
• 小脳虫部の形成不全
• Magendie孔の閉塞　→　第4脳室が嚢胞状に拡張。
• the cerebellar vermis is hypoplastic or aplastic, and the posterior fossa is instead filled with a large cyst produced by expansion of the roofless fourth ventricle.

• MRI所見：小脳テントの挙上、水頭症(SCN.282)
• 症状：乳幼児では水頭症、2歳以降の小児期では頭蓋内圧亢進症状や歩行失調を示す。発達遅滞が半数以上の症例に現れる。(SCN.282)
• 画像状の鑑別疾患：後頭蓋窩のくも膜嚢胞、巨大大槽(SCN.282)
• 治療：側脳室あるいは第4脳室嚢胞からのシャント術(SCN.282)
