概念
- 子宮内に1つの絨毛膜(胎盤)と2つの羊膜が存在する妊娠状態
- 周産期死亡率や神経学的後遺症は二絨毛膜二羊膜双胎より悪く、一絨毛膜一羊膜双胎よりは良好である。
原因
- 一つの卵子が受精後4-7日後ごろに二つの内細胞塊に分かれる事による。これより遅ければ一絨毛膜一羊膜双胎、早ければ二絨毛膜二羊膜双胎となる。
診断
- 妊娠初期に行う経腹/経腟超音波検査による膜性診断を行う。妊娠11週までにおこなう。
