- 直径1cm以上。肘窩では0.5cm以上、鼡径部では1.5cm以上
- 3cm以上は悪性腫瘍を疑う
- 耳介前部リンパ節、上腕内側上顆リンパ節など、通常触知しない場所にある場合は小さくても有意な腫脹とする
